'Plastic operation is not beautiful' utters Salma Hayek

Salma Hayek could be one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, but that does not mean it's because he went under the knife.

Hayek shares her skincare secrets in the September issue of Allure on sale August 23.


At 44 years, she has learned a beautiful thing or two about slowing the aging process naturally. "I think every woman has the right to fight to preserve their youth," she told Allure.


But that does not mean supporting plastic surgery - which is the opposite.


"It's like the uniform of a generation," Hayek says about the fascination with going under the knife. "It is not necessarily beautiful," he says. "You crushed the future, but it is beautiful."


Hayek admits that he has never gone down that road. "I never had anything done to my face," he says. "I never had dermabrasion or peels or injections of any kind, nothing."
